What Does The Recruitment Process Look Like?

1. Phone Interview

Preliminary call in order to introduce the company and schedule the first interview

2. First Interview

During the 1st interview, our HR team make sure the candidate meets the basic technical, communication and personality skills

3. Technical Test

If first interview is passed, our related technical team share a tailored technical test in order to assess the candidate’s capabilities

4. Offer

If candidate passes technical test, we prepare a tailored offer with a clear career plan and send it to candidate for approval
